This page contains the legally binding Service Agreement governing all services provided by Ry the Pet Guy™. We encourage all clients to review this document carefully prior to booking, as it outlines the responsibilities of both parties and ensures the safety and well-being of every dog in our care.

By submitting a reservation request or engaging services from Ry the Pet Guy™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in our Service Agreement.

FAQs

    In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary care from your preferred veterinarian or, if unavailable, a qualified alternative. All medical expenses incurred are the client’s responsibility.

    • No charge for cancellations made 4 or more days before scheduled service.

    • Full charges apply for cancellations within 72 hours of service start.

    While we maintain a clean, home-based environment, we cannot guarantee immunity against communicable conditions such as kennel cough or parasites. Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella) is required for all dogs boarding with us.

    Clients must provide:

    • Safe and secure equipment (e.g. harness, leash, identification tags)

    • Food, medications, and care supplies

    • Accurate behavioral and medical history

    • A safe, pet-proofed home environment if services include home access

    Yes. Ry the Pet Guy™ and its staff are insured. However, by signing our Service Agreement, clients accept certain inherent risks associated with animal care, and indemnify Ry the Pet Guy™ from specific liabilities outlined in the Agreement.

    The client is fully responsible for any injuries caused by their pet to staff, third parties, or other animals. Clients agree to indemnify Ry the Pet Guy™ against related claims.

    To protect the calm, safe environment of our sanctuary—and the well-being of the dogs in our care—we do not permit visitors or tours of the property. Our space is intentionally designed as a peaceful, low-stimulation environment. Introducing unfamiliar humans into that space can disrupt the carefully balanced energy that helps your dog (and others) relax and thrive.

    Instead, we offer:

    • Detailed photo and video updates during your pet’s stay

    • A Meet & Greet appointment where you can meet our team and ask questions prior to service

    • Transparent communication throughout your dog’s time with us

    We understand this may be different from other providers. Our decision is based on years of experience and a commitment to what’s best for the dogs.
